Civic Letter Campaign
Students write letters to local leaders advocating for teen-relevant policies (e.g., mental health, climate action).
In government or civic clubs, students organized a weeklong campaign where classmates wrote letters to local, state, or federal officials about issues they care about. Topics ranged from mental health funding in schools to climate legislation. Leaders provided templates, postage, and drop boxes, resulting in over 200 letters sent.
